At Robot Bodykits, we want to ensure your futuristic fit is perfect; if your gear isn't the right caliber, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all holographic tags and tech-seals intact.
Initiate the Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Return/Exchange' option next to your order number to generate a unique Return Authorization Code.
Secure Packaging
Place the apparel in its original anti-static packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the printed packing slip.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid digital shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the garment's integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
